Tottenham Hotspur secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Liverpool in the EFL Cup semi-final first leg.
The only goal of the game was scored by Lucas Bergvall in the 86th minute after a great action in which Dominic Solanke played the main role.
Solanke accurately assisted Bergvall, and the young Swede sent the ball into the bottom right corner with an extraordinary shot, beating Alisson.
With this victory, Tottenham enters the second leg with a minimal advantage, while Liverpool will have the opportunity to try to reach the final in front of their fans. The rematch is scheduled for February 6.
