The Chair of the Council of Ministers of BiH Borjana brought a decision to amend the decision to appoint ministers, Deputy Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers, which is appointed by Goran Selak, instead of Nenad Nesic.
The decision should be confirmed by the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
– The reason for the adoption of this decision is the appointment of a new Minister of Security in BiH Council for dismissal Nesic’s duty in the Council of Ministers of BiH on a personal request – the decision.
Selak passed the prescribed checks carried out by the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and the Central Election Commission of BiH.
However, the Presidency of the Socialist Party of Srpska (SPS) held consultations related to the current political situation in BiH, and requested from Goran Selak to withdraw from that position due to the country’s current political circumstances.
The SPS note that the position of the Minister of Security in the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Coalition Agreement of the SPS and the SNSD, belonged to that party, and further that Goran Selak is the best candidate for his working and many years of experience in the security sector.
– Given the current unfavorable political situation in BiH, we believe that the appointment for the Security Minister of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, and added that, in the event of a more favorable conditions in the future, further steps regarding the position of Minister Security.
The place of the Minister of Security of BiH remained vacant after the arrested Minister Nenad Nesic resigned. Since then, this function is performed by the Deputy Minister of Security Ivica Bošnjak.
The House of Representatives will continue to continue the regular session yesterday.
The session was interrupted during the discussion on the Proposal of the Conviction of the Entity Attendance Republika Republika Srpska to the Constitutional Order of the Competent Institutions with the aim of protecting the constitutional order, preservation of peace and respect for the Dayton Peace Agreement.
The proposers of this resolution are the deputies of the Party of Democratic Action Sheriff Spago, Safet Causevic, Midhat Causevic, Dennial Tulumović, Amor Mašović and Democratic Front Milan Dunović, Vlatko Glavaš and Zlatan Begić.
One of the proposers, the Prophet Sheriff Spago, sent the deputies of the SDA and Democratic Frontes in the procedure for this resolution, with the aim of discussing the House of Representatives “perhaps about one of the most important issues in Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
He said “we have an attack on the Constitutional Order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the RS entity, the laws of the RS entity, adopted by the application of the law, which, among other things, also brought a representative home, ie the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.”
Discussion on the proposed resolution yesterday has not been completed. Upon completion of the discussion and the remaining points of the agenda, the House of Representatives will plead on all points considered during yesterday.
