He said that the Defense will attend the session of the Appellate Division and explain the anger orally, after the first teaching of BiH.
Bubic said that after the session of the council, which in the three judges, remains to make a decision that should be disclosed after the parties receive a postponement.
Dodik: I don’t have any expectation from the appellate process
Dodik stated that there is no expectation from the appellate process before the Court of BiH before which so far everything was installed and furnished.
Dodik is the speech for the Appellate Council at which the Defense and prosecution, pointed out that it does not participate in this, and that the process against the beginning was mounted, so there is no reason to expect to be different.
Dodik stated that his lawyers believe that he needs to be respected by the procedure, and to instruct them to do so without him.
