Usually, the sessions convene the leadership of the home, but this time they first made representatives referring to the branch opportunity, and the initiator Almedin Aliefendić has already said that the necessary 20 signatures for the initiative was ensured in January.
The invitation to the members of the House of Representatives at the session was published on the official website in the current month.
At the beginning of the year, Aliefendić initiated a thematic session that the decision of the Federal Government on the minimum salary of 1,000 KM in the Federation of BiH caused by various reactions of employers, trade unions and other stakeholders. In February, the procedure was sent and following written material for discussion.
The unions greeted the decision of the Government during that time; Workers were brightly welcomed by the lowest and significantly lower income from the newly protected amount.
Unlike them, the Employers’ Association reacted by arguing that the measure was established without comprehensive social dialogue and accompanying regulations, which according to their disclosures may lead to difficulties and cause dismissal workers.
In the meantime, the government dealt with support for employers in low acemulative activities, which announced shortly by publication of the decision. It also proposed amendments to the Law on Contributions, accepted recently at the session of the representative home and follows the peoples’ house declaration, possible today.
The Federal Representative Aliefendić, in the January states that the organization of the Thematic session in parliament is a necessary step towards finding sustainable solutions that will satisfy the interests of all the parties involved.
– We hope for the constructive dialogue and adoption of quality solutions for further progress and reform of the Fercial System of the Federation of BiH. Dialogue within Parliament with all actors does not have an alternative – standing in written material sent to the parliament for the session that the group of members of the like-minded constirmed an end and officially for today.
