At its 102nd session, chaired by Prime Minister Nezir Pivić, the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton adopted the Proposal for a Decision on Approval of Amendments to the Collective Agreement for Primary and Secondary Education Activities of ZDK, and the Proposal for a Decision on Approval of the Rulebook on Exercising Workers’ Rights to Reimbursement for Transportation to and from Work in Primary and Secondary Education Activities of ZDK.
– It is about harmonizing the Rulebook, which we have already done with civil servants. The aim is to increase the rights of employees, but also to prevent possible abuses when it comes to the right to transport in primary and secondary education. The amendments to the Collective Agreement also refer to the additional rights of directors and secretaries in terms of a larger volume of work, so that part of the collective agreement is being amended – said Prime Minister Pivić.
The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Mirza Mušija, received approval for the signing of two memorandums of understanding, with the aim of supporting the work of the Association Council of the Congress of Bosniak Intellectuals and the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will receive financial support for their work from the budget position of this ministry.
Prime Minister Pivić explained that, within the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, the Decision on the approval of funds for the procurement of veterinary equipment for the equipping of laboratories of veterinary organizations in the amount of 25,644 KM, and the Decision on the approval of funds for the implementation of measures to take samples for testing infectious anemia in horses in the amount of 7,825 KM was adopted.
Within the framework of the capital investments of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the ZDK, for the procurement of permanent funds, an amendment to the Decision on the adoption of the Fund Spending Program was adopted, which increased the budget funds for this purpose from 27,000 KM to 87,000 KM.
