Already three days after the gathering, Rođene expects to go to the tournament in Istria, where they will hone their form for the rest of the season instead of going to Antalya.
The people of Mostar will stay in Istria for 14 days and perform at the traditional Arena Cup. They are placed in group B, where they will have Lokomotiva, Kapfenberger and the Polish team Odra Opole as rivals, and depending on the placement, potential rivals are Vukovar, Slaven Belupo, Primorje or Arsimi.
Rođeni will play the first game of the tournament on January 8, when they will compete against Odra Opole. Three days later, Ibra Rahimić’s team will play against Kapfenberger, while the last match of the group stage will be played on January 14 against Lokomotiva.
Otherwise, after returning to Mostar, the Mostar team will probably have one more game, which should be a general rehearsal before the spring season resumes.
Let’s add that Velež ended the half-season in a great fourth place. In the first round in the spring, they will host the Borca team.
