Acting on the order of the Municipal Court in Srebrenik and with the consent of the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton, a search was made of the passenger motor vehicle of the beneficiary IN (1999) from Orašje, as well as the houses, auxiliary buildings and yards of the beneficiary
AT (1991) from Brčko. The named persons who were found in the vehicle in question were also searched.
“During the search, several packages were found and temporarily confiscated containing a plant substance that, by its appearance, is associated with the narcotic drug Cannabis Sativa with a total weight of about 3 kilograms, as well as several packages of a white substance that is associated with cocaine with a total weight of about 200 grams.
Also, a substance in crystals that is associated with the narcotic drug MDMA, digital scales for precise measurement, mobile phones, a pistol-revolver, and a NN brand and caliber rifle with a frame and associated ammunition were found,” the Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of TK announced.
The found substances will be the subject of an expert examination and will be used as evidence in a later procedure.
By order of the cantonal prosecutor on duty, persons AT and IN were deprived of their freedom due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they had committed criminal acts of Unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs and Unauthorized possession of weapons or explosive devices.
