Jeremy Sohan scored 21 points with nine rebounds, and Chris Paul had 13 points with seven assists and six rebounds for the Texans.
The Knicks are in third place in the Eastern Conference standings with 20 wins and 10 losses, while San Antonio is in 10th place in the Western Conference with a 15-15 record.
