The Sarajevo Cantonal Court confirmed the indictment of the Prosecution of Sarajevo Canton against Benjamin Aganović, Aladina Hajdarević and Nermin Dizdarevic.
Aganović was accused of committing crimes violation of home inviolability, unlawful deprivation of freedom, rape and unauthorized optical recording. Hajdarević is accused of criminal offenses of disallowability of home unlawful deprivation of freedom and rape, while Dizdarevic reluctantly rape the criminal offense.
Benjamin Aganović is charged that after his hearing in the Municipal Court in Sarajevo in the case in which he was charged with drug trafficking with the injured party in this case, he asked her to overwhelm responsibility to himself, threatening her repeatedly. After rejecting, 25. January, in the afternoon, Aganovic and Hajdarevic broke into the apartment in which she lived. They beat her, shacked her hair, drugged and then raped. The accused Aganović filmed everything with his cell phone. During the night, the accused Nermer Dizdarevic came to the apartment, which also raped. The day after, she was damaged to escape from the apartment, running towards the village of Peyton, with the help provided by an unknown passport.
The court is the proposed prolongation of detention for all three accused.
For the main trial of the Prosecutor, he proposed a court hearing of 14 witnesses, eight experts and the execution of more than 150 material evidence, the Prosecutor’s Office of KS was announced.
