The draft was approved without a delegate debate because it was done earlier and referred to a two-month public hearing for the organization and implementation in charge of the federal government.
The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy announced that act that during the public hearing, the professional and broader public will have the opportunity to submit proposals and comments to the text of the future law.
The Ministry emphasize that its adoption is an important step in regulating the activities of BiH because the conditions for the work of psychologists, ethical standards and professional competencies are in this way.
The conclusion approved with the draft is defined that the law and status of pedagogue-psychologists are regulated in the further stage of the law.
