The Croatian Football Association has agreed on two friendly matches that the Croatian national team will play in the United States of America in March, as part of the “Road to 26” friendly series.
The fiery Cheka will take on Colombia March 26, and then with Brazil March 31.
I’m glad we’re in for March arranged such strong checks because that way we will get the best picture of what kind of shape we are in three months before the World Cup and what we will need to work on the most during the preparations for the competition.
At the same time, we always use that term in March to strengthen the unity and atmosphere in the team, so it is good that we will be in one place, feel a little America and at the same time play against opponents with a different style from the usual European one we are used to.
I don’t even have to say much about Brazil, it is always one of the strongest national teams in the world that has only one ambition – to win the world championship title. Colombia is also an excellent team, they were ahead of Brazil in the qualifiers, so two big challenges await us to which we need to respond with our quality, which we absolutely have, the selector stated Zlatko Dalić.
Croatia has played Brazil five times so far, recording one win, a draw and three losses, while they will play Colombia for the first time.
