In the past three days, visitors could see interesting matches in four age categories, U12, U14, U16 and U18. The concept of the competition was such that the teams were divided into two groups in all categories, the winners in the under-12, under-14 and under-16 categories were decided after the end of the group stage, while in the under-18 category a grand final was played between the winners group A and B.
In the U12 category, the first place in group A was won by the team KK Realway, the second place was the team KK Budućnost from Novi Sad, while the third place was taken by the Turkish Unibasket. The winner of group B was the Turkish team Dev Atasehir, the second place was taken by KK Nikšić, while the third place was KK Troti from Slovenia.
The Italian team Hub del Sampione won the first place in group A in the U14 category, the second place was KK Ilirija, while the third place was taken by KK Nikšić. In the group B category under 14 years old, first place was won by BBČ Maribor, second place was KK Budućnost, and third place was won by OKK Montenegro.
In the under-16 category, the Illyria team won the first place in group A, the second was BC Feniks, and the third place was won by Unibasket. KK Nikšić won first place in group B, second was Dev Atasehir, and third place was won by KK Cubi.
The grand final, which brought the greatest excitement in the tournament and gathered the largest number of spectators, was played between the hosts of the tournament, the KK Realway team and the KK Ilirija team.
Slaviša Ožegović’s team started the game solidly and by the end of the first quarter the score was equal, but the guests from Slovenia stepped up and by the end of the match showed why they were dominant throughout the tournament, so the game ended with a score of 100:69 in their favor.
The best five of the tournament in the oldest age category are Imran Subasic (KK Realway), Gabrijel Bine (KK Ilirija), Gjorgji Cetkovski (BC Feniks), Lian Boisa (KK Realway), and the most valuable player of the tournament (MVP) Lovro Faganel (KK Ilirija).
