The FBiH Supreme Court’s Special Department was confirmed by the Indictment of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of FBiH v. Mirsad Husović (44) from Tuzla, Hajrudin Tursunović (38) from Brcko and Admir Uzunović (32) from Živinica.
The Accused are charged with in the period from January 2020. by the end of January 2021, in the area of Tuzla Canton, arranged, prepared by the Methods of Organization, Logistics, and other tools required for the implementation of organized crime from the member 342. Paragraph 3. of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (KZ F BiH) in relation to the murder of Article 166. paragraph 2. of Article 28. and 31. KZ F BiH, and in connection with the criminal offense from Article 339. Of the same law, as well as other crimes covered by the indictment.
The organized group, which managed Mirsad Husović, were consciously and voluntarily approached by Tursunović, and ie, in order to organize the organizer and affecting and committing criminal offenses prescribed by the FBiH criminal law.
The murders planned, organized and tried to carry out or from vindictary reasons for earlier conflicts or hostilities with these people or due to the elimination of persons who previously testified against them or close persons, the FBiH Federal Prosecution.
