Today, the Session of the Appellate Council will be held in Bosnia and Herzegovina today, at which the State Prosecutor’s Office and the Defense of the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, will appeal to the verdict sentenced to non-compliance with the decisions of the High Representative.
The Defense of Milorad Dodik and the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH sent to the State Court of Complainting the Trial Judgment.
Milorad Dodik, Goran Bubić, announced that the Court of Appellate Council will request the abolition of the first instance verdict and its modification in acquittal or maintaining a new search.
According to the Trial Judgment of 26. February, Dodik was sentenced to one year in prison and six years of prohibiting the President of the RS, while Miloš Lukić, the acting director of the “RS Official Gazette”, released.
Dodik was found guilty because it was 1. to 9. July 2023. In Banja Luka, the High Representative of the BiH Court of BiH prevents the Law on Amendments to the Law on Law and other actions with the purpose of continuing Legislative proceedings, not applying and not implementing the High Representative’s decisions.
Just after the verdict sentenced, Dodik stated that he did not plan to complain about her, because he did not recognize the Court of BiH, but he changed that statement in various media, and then his defense and confirmed that he would complain. In the earlier objections, the Court of BiH rejected in the first instance judgment.
After the verdict, the political crisis performed in BiH, after the RELIA, the National Assembly of the RS adopted the Laws of the State Court and the Prosecutor’s Office of the BiH and Protection and Protection Agency, which later placed the BiH Constitutional Court.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has launched an investigation into the criminal offense of the RS “of the RS entity leaders”, and the Court of BiH determined Dodik custody, and RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković and President NSRS Nenad Stevandić. The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina later announced the warrant, while the announcement of Interpol’s warrant was rejected.
