Municipal chief Suad Huskićin attendance Chairman of the Municipal Council, Amir Kurtić and members Committees for the evaluation of start-up ideassigned today contracts on the allocation of incentive funds for starting their own businesses with nine new entrepreneurs from the area of Tešanj municipality.
The contracts were signed by:
Lejla Čajić – breeding of native varieties of chickens and production of eggs and other egg products,
Adem Korajlić – programming services,
Ivan Kicina – furniture production,
Salih Karahodzic – agricultural activity,
Ismet Bedak – production of PVC joinery,
Emma Kokić Mujaković – hairdressing services,
Ferid Begunić and Dženita Šišić – hairdressing and beauty salon,
Dženita Žižo – provision of cosmetic services,
Zerina Piro – hairdressing and beauty salon.
The project “Start up – Business ideas of young people” it is started in 2011and so far it has arrived 276 business ideaswhile 119 business entities registered. To support young people in starting their own businesses, Municipality of Tešanj is in the period from 2011 allocated a total of 945,700 KM.
With this model, the Municipality continuously provides support to young entrepreneurs through various forms of assistance, including financing of company registration costs, payment of contributions for part of the employees for up to 12 monthsand in certain cases financing the costs of renting office space and purchasing equipment.
The “Start up” program continues to contribute to the development of the entrepreneurial spirit among young people and to the strengthening of the local economy, thereby confirming Tešanj as an environment that actively supports innovation and self-employment.
