During the visit to Austin, College Station, Round Rock and Houston, the Amcham BiH delegation held meetings with leading institutions, companies and commercial chambers, including Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and Greater Houston Partnership.
Digital economics, infrastructure, education and sustainable business models were discussed. Texas A & M and University of Texas at Austin, as well as companies from the food, logistics, buildings, are visited, such as LCRA, Sabey Data Centers, Ma’s Pasta, Triple Temp Cold Storage and The Cannon.
In Houston, the Mayor John Whitmir said that the city door was always open to businessmen from BiH, and emphasized the need to build stronger links between Houston and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He thanked the leadership of the delegation on excellent leadership.
“Bosnia and Herzegovina can also build connections with the US – not symbolic, but through the development of American businessmen in BiH. There is great pleasure and honor in the United States. Amcham BiH will continue to build bridges between two economies,” Nedim said Hamzić, Director of Amcham BiH.
