Stevandić stated last night for RTRS that there are different plans for today.
“I can’t be in Sarajevo tomorrow. Tomorrow I have a collegium of the National Assembly, my constitutional function is committed to the execution of my constitutional obligations,” said Stevandic, and added that the Law on Immunity was adopted by the RS Constitutional Court approved.
Stevandić believes that the Prosecution and the Court of BiH cannot be mixed in the work of the National Assembly, as well as that these judicial institutions except discrimination, violates the Constitution.
President NSRs stated that he expects a decision to change the RS Constitution and possibly draft, and that there is a willingness to form a special prosecutor’s office that will address the protection of the constitutional order.
Recall, the RS leadership of the RS suspects are suspected of an attack on the constitutional and legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Those, among other things, suggested, voted and signed the laws undermining the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in the establishment, they participated and voted.
Stevandić, with Dodik and Višković, received a call for the hearing in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, but he (still) none of them responded.
