Another man is charged with rape animals in Slavonia.

Everything has admitted
The accused is defending himself from freedom, and during the interrogation he fully admitted everything he is charged. He stated in the testimony that on one occasion, while walking around the embankment, he saw a sheep and – as he said, “Sesse Ju”.
That event, according to his words, got down in 2023. years. He added that he found a dead chicken in the same place and also had a sexual intercourse, after which he threw it in the grass. He also admitted that he had entered the unknown barn in the village several times, where, according to his own recognition, he had sex with mare – a total of eight times. He stated in the same statement that he had sex with a sheep at least three times.
Founds and shots found
During the investigation, the police searched his cell phone and found nine videos on which unknown men had sexual intercourse with animals. In addition, messages were found, which the accused sent to other persons, in which he explicitly states that he had intercourse with animals.
Due to the nature of the work, psychiatric expertise was performed with the aim of determining the possible disorder of mental health. The experts concluded that the Accused did not suffer from any disorder, that he was fully countable at the time of doing the work, that he was able to understand the meaning of his treatment and rule his will. Simply put, as the new leaf is transmitted, “in the head is healthy.”
Threatening his prison
For the criminal offense for which the 43-year-old is charged is the sentence of imprisonment for up to two years. However, the prosecutor proposes a ten-month prison sentence, provided that it will not be carried out if the accused does not commit a new criminal offense within three years.
Also, the Prosecutor proposes that the Court binds the accused to compensate the state of the criminal proceedings in the amount of 338.50 euros, which would have to pay within 15 days of the verdict.
