The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) sent a report to the Prosecution and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the commission of crimes after the inspectors of this State Police Agency tried to bring the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik on the earlier order of the Prosecution and the Court.
From two unofficial sources, the detector confirmed that they sent a report on criminal offenses to prevent an official in the exercise of the official act and assisting the perpetration after the commission of the criminal offense.
SIPA, as confirmed by the detector, informed the State Prosecutor’s Office and the Court that the arrest of Milorad Dodik in the administrative center of the Republika Srpska in East Sarajevo was not performed because they opposed the use of the MUP members of the RS members.
Six SIPA Inspectors have participated in the attempt to arrest Dodik, and the SIPA identified persons who prevented the arrest of Dodik.
From the Prosecution and the Court did not answer the response to the request. They did not officially respond from the SIPA.
After visiting Šeković, where he discussed the eastern gas interconnection project, Milorad Dodik came to the eastern Sarajevo in the Government Building by two kilometers from SIPA headquarters, where he has a meeting and the press conference was held.
While cameramen recorded the inserts of the meeting, SIPA vehicles came to the Government building, and left this area after a few minutes.

Darko Ćulum, who is still the official director of SIPA, told the detector that he “has nothing to do with this, nor to know who has”.
More than a month ago for Dodik and Prime Minister RS, Radovan Višković, and the President of the Nenad Stevandić’s Nenad Stevandić is a warrant.
Earlier, their Court of BiH determined custody after refused to appear at the hearing in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, when an investigation was launched against them.
The Court of BiH is 26. February, the Trial Judgment condemned Milorad Dodik to a year in prison and six years of prohibiting the president’s duty due to non-compliance with the High Representative decisions.
