Police Officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), within the case Code name “Mat” are implementing operational activities in accordance with the requirements of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the orders of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Activities include road searches and temporary confiscation of cases that are linked to four natural and three legal entities, to a total of six locations in the area of Banja Luka and Kostajnica.
The operation is carried out in coordination with the Special State Prosecutor’s Office and the Police of the Republic of Slovenia, which simultaneously realize activities in the territory of Slovenia.
These activities are the result of the work of the Joint Investigation Team that form SIPA, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, the Special State Prosecutor’s Office and the Police of Slovenia. During the investigation, in accordance with the Criminal Code of BiH, the Law on Prevention of Money Launding and the Funding of Operational Measures and Action Intolioration “Organized Crime”, regarding “SIPA statement said.
It is also communicated to the collected information, the above crimes were committed to the damage of legal entities from the Republic of Slovenia in the amount of about 5 million KM.
These searches are performed with the provision of assistance by the Ministry of the Interior of the Republika Srpska.
Upon completion of today’s operational activities, the public will be informed in a timely manner about the results, allegations.
