The Court of Appeals in Belgrade refused to defend the defense of Uroš Blažić, which was 4. May 2023. He killed nine in the villages in Serbia, and warred by 12 people against him and his father ran out, he was reported to his father.
Uroš Blažić was sentenced to 20 years in Senior Court in Senior Court due to the execution of criminal offenses, unauthorized weapons, abduction and unauthorized use of other people’s vehicle, while Radiša Blažić was also sentenced to 20 years due to the illicit holding of weapons and severe work against general safety.
According to the Appellate Court, the Trial Court, contrary to Uroš Blažić’s appeal, first established all the aggravating circumstances in the event that the defendant’s mercury showed “special persistence, perseverance, brutality, but also the absence of empathy towards damages.”
The Court appreciates this because he left them, Blažić left without assistance and went completely calm from the site, expressing the “high degree of criminal will”, so he first established him individual prison sentences.
“The defendant Uroš Blažić had 20 years of life at the time of the criminal offense, and therefore, in terms of imprisonment laws, as a maximum of the law, and convicted the paragraph of this Court”, according to the Court’s statement.
