On Saturday, Andrej Kramarić scored a new goal for Hoffenheim in the 18th round of the German Bundesliga away to Holstein Kiel.
He was accurate in the first minute of stoppage time in the first part of the match. Kramarić scored a goal for 2:0, after earlier he had put the guests in the lead Adam Hložek. The match ended with Hoffenheim winning 3:1.
It is the seventh goal of the Croatian national team this season in the Bundesliga, and he also has one assist. This goal by Kramarić comes three days after he gave his own the most peculiar interview in his playing career. It happened after Hoffenheim’s 5:0 defeat at Bayern in the 17th round. In a live television broadcast, Kramarić fiercely criticized the club whose legend he is.

Although it was speculated that he could be fined for that, Kramarić earned money after the game standing ovation from the fans, who chanted his name and thus sent a clear message that they stood behind their attacker. The club released a video of the celebration, and by putting a goat emoticon (GOAT – greatest of all time), they unequivocally said that they have nothing against the Croatian striker.

Kramarić came to Hoffenheim in January 2016 on loan from Leicester, and in the summer of that year the German club bought him for 11 million euros. Since then, Kramarić has become icon of Hoffenheim. He played 308 games for the club, where he is the top scorer in history with 139 goals, and added 58 assists.
