“Rejection of the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Dragana Mioković, at the request of more than 20 representatives of the House of Representatives, is a rough violation of the Rules of Procedure, Derogiration of the House of Representatives and Completely neglecting the economy FBiH faces.
By the Rules of Procedure, the Chairman had an obligation to convene an extraordinary session of the representative home within 14 days of receiving requests, which he did not.
Representatives who signed the application were seeking the Extraordinary Session of the House at which the necessary fiscal reforms would be discussed, and not the session of the Committee, the Commission or some other working bodies whose conclusions are not binding and cannot result in specific solutions.
None of the initiative signatories had the authority that in the name of other representatives, most of whom are the MPs of the SDA, with a request for holding an extraordinary session of the House of Representatives and accepted the alternative in the form of maintenance of the thematic session of working bodies.
The SDA Club requires the Chairman of Mioković to respect the Rules of Procedure, and concluded by the representative house where decisions that can contribute to the solution to which the economy in the FBiH faces, “said in the statement.
