Iftar gathered representatives of borage associations, family of sports clubs and associations in the field of culture, representatives of citizens’ associations, municipal councils, religious authorities, as well as numerous fellow citizens of the entire municipality.
The principle of Benjamin Karić in turning pointed out the importance of nurturing the tradition of IFTAR, not only as a religious act, but also as opportunities to strengthen mutual trust and solidarity.
She especially emphasized the role of older fellow citizens, veterans’ populations and young people in preserving the spirit of the community that is built on peace, love and respect. He also thanked by the High Representative Christian Schmidt, which I was magnified by my arrival. Efendija Spahić Edin welcomed the present and studied the Dovovo together with Karić.
– Ramadan teaches us to be closer to each other, to listen to the needs of our neighbors, not to forget those who have laid their lives for our freedom and not to forget the power of communion.
