Sabalenka crushed her best friend’s dreams and entered the final of the Australian Open

The number one tennis player in the world, Belarusian Arina Sabalenka, dominantly advanced to the finals of the Australian Open by defeating Paul Bados from Spain with a score of 6:4 and 6:2 in sets in one hour and 26 minutes of play.

Badosa and Sabalenka are best friends.



Badosi (27) had the best result in the Grand Slam tournaments of her career and she previously talked about how her biggest dream is the Grand Slam title, but her friend who is a year younger was simply too good and unstoppable today.

This is Sabalenka’s chance for the third consecutive title in Australia, which would repeat the feat of the Swiss Martina Hingis, who won in Australia three times in a row between 1997 and 1999.

Iga Swiatek (WTA 2nd) and Madison Keys (WTA 14th) will play in the second semi-final at 11:45.
