Addressing the Court in The Hague is enabled by the Conclusion of the National Assembly of the RS adopted in March at the proposal of the President of the Nenad Stevandić.

Professor of the International Law Dragan Dakić believes that the Judicial dispute in The Hague will be marked as a party in the proceedings because its authorities unilaterally changed the Annexes of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
