The RS Government established the Law on Salaries of the Official Ministry of the Republika Srpska, by the Proposal of the Law on Employees of the Republika Srpska, the Law on Amendments to the Law on Salaries of the Republika Srpska, by urgent procedure, Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employees in Primary and Secondary Schools in Republika Srpska, the Proposal of the Law on Salaries of the Law on Employees of the Judicial Institutions of the Republika Srpska, by urgent proceedings, and the bill on amendments to the Law on Salaries employees in the administrative bodies of the Republika Srpska, according to the urgent procedure.
“Payment coefficients are increasing in accordance with the provisions of these laws in a percentage of 10 percent for all employees in these areas,” the RS Government announced in the statement.
In addition, police officers of the Ministry of the Interior, the Law on Employees of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska, according to urgent proceedings, is determined by the right to fee for the weight, the nature of the job and special working conditions of 30 percent of the basic salary.
This measure was promised by the President of the RS Milorad Dodik at the end of last year.
According to the statement, the compensation in question is introduced given the obligation of police officers to work in special conditions when such conditions are necessary for the execution of tasks and tasks of the Ministry of the Interior.
“The adoption of these laws represents one of the measures of the Government of the Republika Srpska that contribute to economic growth and increase workers’ salaries, as well as improving the economic and social position of employees in the stated areas,” rs.
