This now the traditional event was organized by Rotary Club Bihać, with the support of the city of Bihac as a proud project partner. Participants had the opportunity to choose between three ways to participate – hiking, running or cycling – and all roads have led through one of the most impressive landscapes of Una-Sana Canton.
Among those who joined the recreational column were the Mayor of Bihac Elvedin Sedic, and his adviser Anel Kajtezović, who bicycled together with other nature lovers and a healthy lifestyle.
– Every year, this event is highly eagerly awaiting numerous citizens. We close the road, we leave the beauty of Una, we walk, run, we drive a bike – and all in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. And after all, we continue to socialize on the green islands in Krupa, which gives a special charm whole day – said Armin Colic, President of the Rotary Club Bihać.
The Rotary Canyon, as the organizers point out, has long outgrown frames of the local event. It attracts recreationists of all ages, but also numerous guests, promoting Una-Sana Canton as a destination rich in natural potential and suitable for active tourism.
