As part of the working meeting, a number of important topics concerning the strengthening of the cooperation between the two institutions in the field of Halal certification are discussed.
The possibilities of hiring the Halal Auditor of the Agency in Halal audit of halal certificate companies from the territory of Croatia. Also, participants also discussed inter-institutional support in accreditation procedures, as well as a coordinated approach to European Union markets.
Special emphasis was placed on digital solutions and promotion of halal products such as Halal Bazaar applications in which Halal products and companies in the field of Croatia would be included.
Additional opportunities for cooperation are also considered such as the exchange of professional and scientific resources, education and professional exchange staff, as well as joint activities in third countries.
At the end of the meeting, conclusions were adopted and the plan of further activities was defined, including deadlines and responsibilities for the implementation of agreed points, was announced from the Halal Quality Certification Agency.
The meeting was attended by the Director of the Agency Damir Alihodžić, the President of the Management Board of the Agency Ahmed Hatunić, as well as the CEO of the Center Muhamed Mandžić, and the President of the Steering Board of the Center Mirza Sabic. Also, the employees of the Valdet Pestalić and Mirsad Arnautalić agency also participated in the work of the meeting.
