He especially emphasized the importance of the role of the Islamic community and its institutions in the legal battle for the return and protection of vacuum property, mentioning the case of Lakišić Harem as an example of such engagement.
– One of the brightest examples of that struggle is the case of Lakišić Harem in Mostar – the real vacuum property, which we are not tired for justice. That struggle is still lasting, but it also lasts our belief that the Vakuf is the Holy that we will defend with all legitimate funds – said Reisul-Ule.
He pointed out that he especially rejoices the presence of friends from the Republic of Turkey, thanked for continuous support, stating that they show true brotherly closeness for decades.
– Their support is not only institutional, it is a reflection of the feeling of a common mission – to keep, we renew and develop what determines us. Only donors do not participate in that renewal. She is also a domestic struggle and a domestic vision, which is tirelessly waters muftiers, believers – as a case, where, with a selfless efforts of the Islamic Community, Moiste Mostar, carefully keeps us all what makes us recognizable and dignified – added Reisul-Ulema.
He thanked this occasion and former Mayor of Mostar Safet Orucevic, who had the strength, visions and human width in the very complex circumstances to return the Vacuf of the Islamic community.
Speaking of the event “Vacuf Days in BiH”, it assessed that it is successful programs that last and develop and give delicious and healthy fruits.
– The event maintains, but also deepens and develops our awareness of the roots and cultural heritage and all over again, we are looking at the role that Vakufi and can have a strong impulse to social activity and education – said Reisul-Ulema.
In the center of this ceremony, as he stated, there is a return to values built by our community and which are immeasurable to matriaral values, and they are strongly testimonial.
– In that sense, each refurbished mosque, each of the Vacu-Facility, any activation of vacuf property is also resistance to forget and certificates that we are not ready and not to give us what our ancestors have preserved and left in the Emanet – the reisul-ulema.
He added that this year brings particularly important vacuum moments for Herzegovina – significant facilities such as the opiation of Tekija, Dugalić Mosque and Haji Baline mosque, enriches the spiritual map of Herzegovina and continuity.
At the same time, the construction of the mosque is also beginning – one of the new projects that shows that the vacuf is not only renewed but also regretted.
– Vakuf is neither Turkish nor Bosnian – it belongs to the spiritual space of Islamic civilization. He is inherited by anyone who believes in permanently well and who understands that the community is not built with words, but by the victim. And that is why, today more than ever, Vakufi are the place of our meeting with its own responsibility. Vakufi are also a chance of both worlds. They are built of people and living space in this world and gives an additional incentive to overall civilizational construction. They diminishes human suffering and bring warmness into the heart. At the same time, they are also one of those who are the phrases of man’s response of God’s call that, before leaving this world, however he can – the warehouses of the world, who will wait for him “where all our trips.”
He said in the end that he expected our caring about Vakufs in the coming period to be even greater that the usurped vacuum goods will be finally returned to the competent institution and their purpose and their returns to use people.
– Let Allah reward the establishment and maintenance of the event “Vacuf Days in BiH”, which, here, has already become traditional. It is possible to provide a strong affirmation itself the idea of the Vakuf, the numerous dimensions of his good and the areas of his influence are revealed.
