Bajraktarević got a work permit a little later and should be in the protocol for tonight’s Cup match against Excelsior.
However, one should not expect too much from Bajraktarević at the very beginning in PSV, because he is still not 100 percent ready for games.
This was explained by PSV coach Peter Bosz (61), who spoke about him in an interview for the club’s YouTube channel.
“He had a shoulder operation a few months before he came here and he is ready for training, but he is still not 100 percent ready for the games because he can fall awkwardly on that shoulder and create an even bigger problem,” said Bosz, adding:
“He is training hard, but he is still not allowed to enter one hundred percent in duels during the game, so we will wait a little longer for his best edition.”
Tonight’s match between PSV and Excelsior starts at 21:00, and Esmir Bajraktarević will probably be on the bench for the reserve players.
