Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office of Republika Srpska Special Department for the Contrusion, Organized and Tearest Forms of Economic Crime, Mehmed Dubravac and Mehmed Dubravac and Mehmed Jašarević, suspected of the criminal offense of Mita and the RS Criminal Code.
As part of this investigation, the RS Ministry of the Interior, the Management Board of the Criminal Police performed several locations in the Order of the District Court in Banja Luka, organized and the most common forms of economic crime, as well as funds originating from these crimes.
So far, about 400,000 KM have been found in a person mm during the search, while about 50,000 KM was found in MD. Hearings at all locations have not yet been completed, and the total amount of money found in different currencies is expected, as well as other relevant evidence, be known for their completion.
In the course of the investigation, a total of 90,000 KM on several occasions, as money that they gave the same for the purchase of the Municipal Assembly of Teslić, with the aim of misuse of its election mandate, changing the parliamentary majority and voting.
The Prosecution continues the investigation, including hearings and other investigative actions with the aim of finding evidence for the execution of these corrupt works, as well as money in the amount of about 250,000 KM, which has not yet been found.
The Prosecution invites all citizens who were victims of institutions officers to report any such events, in order to obtain new evidence and possessions of the mandates and the change of the election will of the citizens, the Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office of RS.
