The police officers of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tuzla Canton in the area of Tuzla Canton, undertaking planned activities to suppress and prevent the abuse of narcotic drugs and other crimes and misdemeanors, controlled and legitimized a total of 262 persons, carried out control of 192 vehicles, 13 searches of persons and searches by order of the competent court, and seven restrictions on freedom of movement in a certain area (raids), and one person was deprived of his freedom.
During the search in the area of Gračanica, Lukavac, Tuzla, Gradačac, Živinice and Banović, a certain quantity of substances associated with narcotic drugs was found and temporarily confiscated: 47 (forty-seven) PVC. packages of different sizes containing a white substance that looks like a narcotic drug and 45 (forty-five) PVC. packages of different sizes containing plant matter that looks like a narcotic drug, 3 digital scales, a vacuum cleaner, notes, a metal tube, a plate, etc.
One person from Gračanica, MP (1974), (from whom about 390 grams of plant material was found and confiscated, which was determined to be “Cannabis Sativa” by an expert, about 70 grams of a white substance, which was determined to be “Amphetamine”, and about 90 grams of a narcotic drug, which was determined by an expert to be “Skank”, a vacuum cleaner, digital scales, a tube, notes, etc.), was on the order of the acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton, his freedom was taken away, and due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed a criminal offense from Article 238 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federal Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Unauthorized production and placing on the market of narcotic drugs, along with a Report on the committed criminal offense with evidence and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Criminal Procedure of the Federal Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 29 November 2025, he was handed over to the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Federal Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Also, during the implementation of these actions, in addition to the above-mentioned items, the following were found and temporarily confiscated: a pistol, a rifle frame with ammunition, mobile phones, various notes and other items that are linked to the commission of criminal offenses in the field of drug abuse and other criminal offenses and misdemeanors, and 33 misdemeanor orders were issued in connection with the recorded misdemeanors. .
Police officers continue further work on documenting the case, after which appropriate reports will be submitted to the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton, announced the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of TK.
