Police officers of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, TK, Criminal Police Department, Department for the fight against the abuse of narcotic drugs, with the assistance of police officers of the Special Support Police Unit, investigators of the Criminal Police Department of the Lukavac Police Department and the Criminal Police Department of the Tuzla Police Department, came to know about possible perpetrators of crimes connected with the production and distribution of narcotic drugs in the area of Tuzla Canton.
˝In this regard, acting under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Tuzla Canton and according to the search orders of the Municipal Court in Gradačac, on November 7 and 8, 2025, the persons of EK (1997), ES (1997), H.Š. (1996) and AB (1986), passenger motor vehicles used by the named persons, as well as the apartment and other premises of the users of the mentioned persons, during which the following items were found and temporarily confiscated: a backpack containing a large package with a white substance, which was determined by expert opinion to be the narcotic drug “Cocaine” in the amount of 2012.729 grams (2.012729 kg), market value about 400,000 KM, three pistols, a large amount of ammunition, mobile phones, money in the amount of 300 Euros and 530 KM (of various denominations), a digital scale for precise weighing, as well as other items brought in connection with the commission of criminal acts.
Faces AB and H.Š. is due to suspicions that they have committed criminal acts: AB from Article 238 paragraph 1 CC F BiH “Unauthorized production and placing on the market of narcotic drugs” and Article 371 paragraph 1 CC F BiH “Illegal possession of weapons or explosive substances”, and H.Š criminal offense from Article 371 paragraph 1 CC F BiH – “Illicit possession of weapons or explosive substances”, according to the cantonal prosecutor’s order, they were deprived of their liberty, and the same, after of criminal processing, on November 8, 2025, together with the Report with the evidence submitted to the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Tuzla Canton, it was announced from the Police Department of the MUP of TK.
