Police officers of the Police Directorate of the MUP TK conducted a search at several locations used by five persons from Čelić, family houses, accompanying buildings, vehicles and persons who can be linked to the commission of the crimes “Illegal hunting” from Article 319 of the Criminal Code of the Federal Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and “Illegal possession of weapons or explosive substances” from Article 371 of the Criminal Code of the Federal Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
˝During the search, the following items were found and temporarily confiscated: 9 hunting rifles of different brands, a large amount of 7.62 mm rifle ammunition, over 400 cartridges for hunting rifles, weapon sheets, optics for a hunting rifle, 16 trophy antlers without heads, large trophy antlers, a deer head with horns mounted as a trophy, a PVC bag with contents associated with game meat, mobile phones, a pistol frame with ammunition, pistol ammunition caliber 7.62 mm, electric detonator caps, starting pistol with the associated frame and ammunition, ammunition for starting pistol, weapon cleaning set, hunting equipment (clothing, knife, etc. equipment) and other items that are connected with the commission of the above-mentioned criminal acts”, announced the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of TK.
The investigation in the case in question continues according to the instructions of the acting cantonal prosecutor, and after the documentation and necessary expert examinations have been completed, the appropriate report with evidence will be submitted to the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton.
