Police officers of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tuzla Canton, acting on the search order of the Municipal Court in Lukavac, on Wednesday in Lukavac, searched the person RM (1995) from Lukavac, as well as the residential premises used by RM and AK from Lukavac, during which around 1.1 kg of drugs were found and confiscated.
The following items were found and temporarily seized: 1 large rectangular vacuum PVC package containing plant material (in the amount of about 1 kg) that is associated with narcotic drugs, a metal box containing 2 PVC bags with the content of a white substance that is associated with narcotic drugs and 2 PVC packages with the content of herbal substance that is associated with narcotic drugs, a mobile phone, 3 smaller packages with material that is associated with narcotic drugs, a digital scale, as well as other cases related to the commission of criminal offenses in the field of drug abuse. Substances associated with narcotic drugs, which were confiscated in this particular case, will be the subject of an expert examination in order to establish the exact facts about the type and quantity of narcotic drugs, the police administration of the MUP of TK announced.
The person of RM was deprived of his liberty due to suspicions of having committed criminal offenses under Article 238 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina “Unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs”, according to the order of the cantonal prosecutor, and after the criminal investigation, he will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton, along with a report with evidence.
