The name of Boris Baruna was with names of several candidates for this duty on the list that 2022. Headed the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Before him, the list was names, in order – Jasminka Jumhur, Monika Mijić and Senad Osmić, but none of them received the necessary majority of votes.
The eve of the vote, Chairman of the Domas Tomislav Martinović explained that the election of the Constitutional Court is needed a broody majority of the delegates present at the session.
After this decision, voting was followed by another judge from a candidate list with more names and is mostly selected by Anja Vulet – Pavelka, while candidates Slavis Bjelogrlić and Damir Šapina, for whom he had not received most.
And this candidate list with more names was sent to the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH.
The session continued with the next time of the agenda.
