This means publicly demanding the following and indicate the actual situation:
1. The claim that “There is no decision on ban” is incorrect. There is an official decision from 2023. year, which introduced obstacles for children with disabilities to use the pool. There is also an internal document – instructions for employees and rescuers – which prohibits work if there is no business relationship with the pool, which is published in the media. This clearly disabled the work of coaches who work individually with our children.
2. The claim that “it is never said that this children did not place a place in the pool” is untrue. More parents and present witnesses have heard the statements of the director who were extremely discriminatory, including comments that “children perform in the water” and that “were not working with them”. Denying these statements additionally insult and belittles our children, parents and the public.
3. The claim that “No one has ever been removed from the pool” is opposite to the facts. On 9. and 10. April 2025. years, trainers and parents were in the presence of security guard and police were instructed to leave the pool space, with the children remain confused and scared. This represents the obvious act of moving users of service and discrimination.
4. The claim that “the problem does not exist” and that “everything is cleared” is incorrect and harmful. Parents have repeatedly tried to establish a dialogue with the management, responded to meetings and offered proposals for a solution. None of these attempts received a serious answer. The pool management never showed a willingness to engage in constructive problem solving, has already continued to implement “arbitration”.
5. Allegations of “Anarchy in the recreational part of the swimming pool” and that “rules of violation” were unfounded. No official record, remark or report against trainers, parents or children do not exist. We invite the boarding pool to publicly publish all the alleged complaints, if any, because we have not seen them and we have no fair and democratic access to information. If there are no, we require public apologies for such qualifications.
6. We strongly condemn the insult of the coaches, instructors and therapists of our children, which are called “Leavals” and “illegals”. These people are professional, educated, moral and committed. Many of them give their time and knowledge to our children, and their help is invaluable to the progress of our children. As long as the parents and children are satisfied, we will fit in their protection.
7. The statement that the parents “are not the legal entity” and that they have no right to decide the coaches they hire, further humiliates the dignity of the families of children with difficulties. All parents are legally representing their children and have the right to decide who can work with them, especially when they previously gave written consent and took full responsibility.
8. The claims that “the police and security guards did not act against parents and children” not in line with what happened on the spot, which we have known and what was written in public. We invited the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton and the Police Directorate to implement an independent investigation to determine whether members of the Ministry of the Interior and the Security Services have exceeded the authority. This means to protect not only the rights of children and parents, but also professional integrity of the police officers and other actors themselves if they have acted lawfully.
Given all the above, they are asking once again:
– To urgently withdraw decisions and instructions on the ban on individual work in water for children with disabilities.
– that the pool management, both the current and all future, ceases the practice of arbitrary interpretation of the rules that directly harm children.
– To enable the unobstructed continuation of the trainers who have chosen parents and who have been working with children with great devices with great devices.
– To be responsible for the incident on 9. April 2025. They invite their responsibility and bear the consequences, which includes an urgent shift management of the PUC “Olympic Pool of the island”.

They are equal members of this society, the children with the potential, the heart and the power they have already recognized – as they have recognized the champions of Ismaila Barlov and Ismailo Zulfić, today proud of our countries,” they stated in the reaction.
