An indictment involving the 54-year-old Kevin Wade O’Neal was filed:
– 11 points for attempting first-degree murder – due to threats aimed at nine police officers and two people who have found themselves in the facility;
– 14 dots for illegal possession of weapons;
– One point to possess parts of explosive devices.
O’Neal arrests followed as a direct reaction to the police on the threat sent, and the discovered arsenal and the speed intervention of the police prevented Tragedy.
