At noon on the green surface on Koševo, five trees of Ginkko biloba were planted on the basket. The “Wood Memory” program is dedicated to all cultural staff from the siege period, not only to those who are no longer among us, but also to all artists who have been dedicated to Sarajevo through their art after the war. This program was realized in cooperation with the Municipality of Centar.
In the Museum of Literature and the Theater Arts of BiH, in the evening, 30 are officially opened in 2025 and organized program dedicated to the recently deceased photographer Paul Lowe, one of the laureates of the Contribution to the preservation of memory culture. Also, the interview was premiered with Lowe on his life and artistic action, which he recorded and produced by Jamil Hodžić, the driver of the Sniper Alley project.
As a central event of this year’s opening of the memory module, the award of a reward for the conservation of the culture of the memory of this year’s Laureatians, the writers of Ferida Duraković was employed. The director of JU MESS Nihad Kreševljaković in his explanation about this year’s winners said that the fascinating rich biographies of Feride Duraković.
– The life story of one of our most significant literary seems like a history of the principled action based on commitment to “unknown distances and literature”. The matter is pure logic that the name Feride Duraković finds the winner and winner awarded with the idea that her winners do not separate the more aesthetic of ethical – Kreševljaković stated.
The artistic program was also given to the writer in which actress Gordana Boban participated, reading the writer’s texts, and Aida Mušanović – Arsić performed in the music part of the program.
In cooperation with the city, in the Museum area, the poster exhibition of all previous editions of the memory module has been placed, which the audience will have the opportunity to see until 15. April this year, the MESS said.
