Last night, on the second day of this session, a discussion of the Draft Law on Precious Metals in the RS, and the Draft Law on Social Card laws and the Law on Municipal Police and the Law on Amendments to the RS Law Police Law.
Discussion on the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska was performed.
RS Minister Miloš Bukejlović said that this proposal for the law envisions the deletion of the term “gender identity” and its harmonization with constitutional provisions. He claims that by deleting this term does not question the quality of the legal protection of human rights and freedoms in that entity.
– Instead, the notion of a “birth identity is covered by a broader and universal term ‘second personal property’, which ensures that no category of our citizens remain without adequate and complete legal protection – Bukaylović stated.
The proposal for pardon, established by the institution responsible for pardon, was also considered, the forms of pardon and crimes for which pardon cannot be given.
BUKEJLOVIĆ clarified that the goal of the adoption of this Law is to harmonize with the amendments to the relevant provisions of the Criminal Code and the Law on the Execution of Criminal and Misdemeanor Sanctions, as well as more efficient treatment of pardon applications.
At the session, the deputies considered, between the rest, and the Law on Amendments to the Law on Summary Law, which provides for the extension of the deadline for settling the obligations to tax debtors.
– This proposal creates the legal framework to reach taxpayers who have outstanding tax liabilities until 31. December 2022. year, the cost of rewarding interest, if debt gets up by 31. December this year – is stated in the explanation.
