The National Assembly rejects and does not accept any decision of Christian Schmidt, in conclusions regarding the information on the Constitution of BiH, in order to preserve the BiH Constitution, which proposed the clubs of the SNSD, NPS-DNS, Demos-SPS, SP and US.
The National Assembly of the Republika Srpska considers all laws and decisions of the BiH Constitution, primarily the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the BiH Investigation and Protection Agency, writes in conclusions.
The National Assembly of the Republika Srpska also states that the Court of Bosnia and the Court of BiH is based on a decision imposed by the individual opposite the BiH Constitution and that the Court of BiH has collapsed with such actions.
Parliament asks the Polish Office of the Republika Srpska to file a criminal complaint against all Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the judges of the Court of BiH, who acted according to the imposed decision. Criminal charges will be submitted to the Prosecution of the Federation of BiH and the Prosecutor’s Office of RS.
The National Assembly of the Republika Srpska in charge of Republika Srpska to prepare and in the Assembly laws that are not defined by the BiH Constitution, and the BiH Court and the BiH Prosecutor’s Investigation and Prosecutor’s Investigation and the Protection of BiH, is stated in conclusions.
