The most successful among them was Nikola Pavljašević, who won two gold medals and the title of champion of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the disciplines of 1500 and 800 meters. Pavljašević has once again confirmed his dominance in the middle lane disciplines, in which he has not known defeat on the domestic stage for several years.
Excellent form, new personal records and confident performances represent a great introduction to the continuation of the season, and especially to the appearance at the Balkan Championship for athletes under 18, which will be held on July 4 in Slovenia.
Great results were also achieved by the athletes of AK Sloboda Tehnograd. Una Nasupović won the title of champion of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 400-meter race, while Amna Selimović was the best in the 3000-meter race.
Silver medals were won by Ajna Nezirovac in the long jump and Una Nasupović in the 200 meters. Nezirovac completed her successful performance with a bronze medal in the triple jump.
The club also achieved distinction in relay disciplines. The women’s relays 4×100 meters and 100-200-300-400 meters, consisting of Una Nasupović, Ajna Nezirovac, Amna Music and Amna Selimović, won two bronze medals.
The new successes of the young athletes of AK Sloboda Tehnograd are a confirmation that Tuzla still has an extremely talented generation of athletes, who can rightfully expect notable results on the international stage as well.
