The Mayor of Mostar Mario Kordić filed criminal charges against the Minister of Physical Planning of HNK Bekir Isovic and the Cantonal Construction Inspector Haris Spahić.
Kordić called for the decision of the Municipal Court Mostar on the rejection of the interim measure of insurance (construction suspension) from 11.09.2023. year, and confirmation of the first instance decision by the Cantonal Court in Mostar on October 18, 2013. .
However, the mayor does not mention or show the project certified documentation on the basis of which the works can be determined in the same, or there are deviations. No minutes of excuse is shown, which is done before the beginning of the works. All of this documentation, according to the law, must be on the construction site and must be shown at the request of the inspector. The problem of HDZ’s policy that does not have any legally certified documentation for the construction of the Croatian documentation from which it is built.
The Association of Mostar Circle has recently shown documentation from which the construction work started in 1996. year, without the approval and consent of the legal city authorities, and in the last two years they have been expanded to build.
All this suggests that it is a usurpation of common urban land in the center of Mostar, ie in the District, without the consent of the City Council, the bodies and institutions of that time, despite written warning and prohibit the illegal construction issued by the OHR.
