The MUP of Sarajevo Canton confirmed that all legal security measures have been taken for the announced Dubai – Hapoel match and that the situation is being closely monitored.
“On October 29, the Association for the Promotion of Sports KK Royal, as a co-organizer of the match of the 9th round of the Euroleague between BC Dubai Basketball and Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv, submitted an application for holding a public event.
In accordance with the Euroleague’s assessment that it is a high-risk match, the organizer informed the police that there will be no organized arrival of visiting fans, and that the Hapoel club did not announce the travel of its supporters”, stated the KS MUP.
The police ordered the organizer to fulfill all security conditions prescribed for such events, including physical, operational, counter-sabotage and traffic security.
“The police administration will act according to the prepared security plan, and only the organizer can cancel the match. The police can only ban it if the conditions prescribed by law are met”, added the KS MUP.
The match Dubai – Hapoel will be played on Thursday at 19:00 in Zetra.
All KK Bosna BH Telecom season tickets will be valid for this match as well, while individual tickets are available on the entrio.ba website, exclusively for the western stand, at prices from 10 to 30 KM.
