The Municipal Court in Gradačac accepted the Provision of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton and determined the measure of one-month custody for Nedo Kosanić (56) from Modriča due to the existence of a reasonable criminal offense of unauthorized production and putting into the traffic of narcotics.
Kosanić is suspected that 18. September 2025. in a car, a family house, the yard, as well as in the immediate vicinity of the house in the Modrica area, kept more packaging of narcotic drugs Cannabis sativa (marijuana). A total of more than 20 kilograms of marijuana were found in several sacks and packaging, and multiple stems listed.
We reminded, members of the UP MUP criminal police sector, treating the Prosecution, and with the order of the competent court, in the Grafts, a search of a car that used the suspects and found a certain amount of marijuana. By further implementation of activities, with cooperation with the investigators of PU Doboj-PS Modriča, a trial of family houses, yards, auxiliary plots in Modrica, and more packaging with a larger amount of marijuana and several stems of this intoxicating drug.
After the criminal processing, the suspect was submitted to the Prosecution’s Officity report.
The prosecutor was treated by the evidence of the investigation and examined Kosanic.
