In the letter, the mayor, as a responsible person and the first man of the Mostar, referred a clear request: to interrupt political manipulations, suspends criminal charges against the competent cantonal servants, and enable full transparency in the complete project documentation of the HNK Mostar.
Given the previous media statements of the Mayor of Kordić that “all neatly” in connection with the documentation, it is requested that the same documentation be presented without delay to councilors of the City Council, as well as the public through the Official Pages of the City Administration.
The letter also presents serious doubt in the legality of previous decisions and documents based on the current construction approval, including alleged harmful agreements, the possible null legal acts, as well as the selective effects of inspection bodies under political pressure. In particular, possible abuse of authority in the appointment of the Marina Muse inspectors for performing supervision, as stated, could be committed to a criminal offenses under Article 383. FBiH Criminal Code – abuse of position or authority.
The signatories require:
1. Withdrawal of the decision on the authority of the Muse Inspector;
2. presentation of complete project documentation to the City Council;
3. Publication of the public documentation;
4. Release inspection from political pressure.
If not acted on these requirements within five working days, a criminal charges against the mayor was announced, standing in the MOSTAR CIRCUE statement.
