In the title role of Marlene Dietrich, the audience will see one of the best actresses in the region, Mirjana Karanović. In addition to Mirjana, Mona Muratović, Elmir Krivalić and Enes Salković play in the play.
The set design is by Lada Maglajlić and Vedad Orahovac, and the costume design is by Irma Saje and Vanja Ciraj. The composer of the play is Dino Šukalo and Studio “Modra rijeka”. Branislav Milinković is responsible for the lighting design, and Dino Hujić for the video art. The director of photography is Alen Alilović, and the video production is “Source production”.
This year’s “Tuzlan Theater Days 2025” they last from November 14 to 22, and the audience can expect a variety of performances.
The festival will be dedicated to research and illuminating the position of women in society, through artistic expressions that encourage dialogue, questioning and empathy. Through a diverse repertoire of plays by local and foreign authors, the audience will have the opportunity to see the multifaceted aspects of women’s experience — from the fight for equality and rights, through everyday challenges, to personal stories that often remain untold. The festival will also serve as a platform for women’s voices in art, gathering authors, actresses and directors who contribute to the understanding and empowerment of women’s identity with their work.
