“Given that I received your call to a meeting, judging by his content and your last public appearance, in the context of the previously mentioned state institutions, I want you to define the format of the meeting and the choice of topics and interlocutors on these topics.
The laws you wish to talk are adopted in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with as soon as you must be familiar with which you actively participated in their adoption. The BiH Parliamentary Assembly is therefore the only institution that can consider amendments to these laws or their possibly putting out.
The political group you belong to has more authorized proposers who are able to make proposals in the parliamentary procedure to amend state laws, and thus initiate discussion and possibly adopt certain decisions.
Representatives of the entity level of government, those initiated by the meeting and who received the invitation to participate in it, have no powers in regulating state issues. Therefore, I see no justifiable reason that would go in favor of the need for my participation in such issues, and once again I recommend that you refer to the procedure in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina through authorized proposers.
Even that entity officials have powers in regulating state issues, the proposed appointments are not adequate given the previously taken obligations to the current public holiday – Part.
