The Judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sena Uzunović filed a criminal complaint against the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, or other forms of use, because after the verdict, he had come to the acquittal for the acquittal, confirmed the Detector Judge.
Uzunovic told the detector to the Prosecution of BiH immediately after I was found guilty, when he was found by the decisions in the media when he said that the judge asked him for money to bring him the acquittal.
– I gave me a statement in terms of the two people who were in custody, and then I asked for a false action) and submitted to a false-reported application, and then the application for the media or other forms of benefit.
He says that the application against Dodik lodged in the late February on duty to the Prosecutor Igor Dubak, and not knowing the status of that application.
– Because I neither familiar with that, nor did I send anyone from my family members. I was looking to explore. If it is true, let him be checked, who he gave if he gave, and who presented it in my name because I absolutely nothing to do with that. I stand behind that application and as far as I’m concerned, if he is prove to someone in my name, and I have nothing to do with it, let him go, and what he has received, so the law applies.
Judge Uzunović brought a non-real judgment, which Dodik was sentenced to one year in prison and six years of presidential duty due to non-compliance with the decisions of the High Representative.
Dodik was found guilty that from 1. to 9. July 2023. In Banja Luka, the High Representative of Christian Schmidt made the decision of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Laws and other RS regulations, undertaken the actions with the purpose of continuing Legislative proceedings, not applying and not implementing the High Representative’s decisions.
Due to the threat of Uzunović after the first instance verdict, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) was arrested by the Mark of Plavsic and Ljuban Jukić. They were then identified by one-month custody.
The detector failed to get a comment on Dodik’s lawyers Goran Bubić and Ante Nobila.
